[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 공유재산의 효율적, 체계적 관리를 위해 오는 12월까지 2022년 공유재산 실태조사를 추진한다고 밝혔다.

실태조사 대상은 토지 7,118필지 8,685㎡, 건물 433동 349,517㎡, 공작물, 입목죽 등 기타재산 7,264건이며, 공유재산 관리대장과 관련 공부를 토대로 사전조사를 거쳐 공부와 불일치한 재산에 대해서는 현장 확인을 통해 목적 외 사용, 불법시설물 설치, 전대 등 위법사항에 대해 집중 조사할 계획이라고 했다.

실태조사결과 무단점유, 대부 목적 외 사용, 불법 시설물 축조 등 위반사항에 대해서는 변상금 부과 및 원상 복구 명령 등 행정조치를 취할 방침이라고 했다.

태백시 관계자는 “이번 공유재산 실태조사를 통해 재산관리대상을 현행화하고, 누락 재산 발굴 및 유휴재산 활용 등으로 공유재산의 자산가치를 높여 재정수입을 증대시킬 수 있도록 하겠다.”고 말했다.
