[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군은 도유지․군유지 대부기간이 오는 12월 말 완료됨에 따라 대부(갱신) 신청을 오는 12월 10일까지 받는다고 밝혔다.

양양군은 공유재산 중 올해 대부 중인 도유지 6건 1,2448㎡와 군유지 51건 34,837㎡에 대해 내년 대부 신청을 받아 계약을 새로 해 주기로 했다고 전했다.

이에 따라 양양군은 지난 15일 대부기간 만료 대상자에게 안내문을 발송하고, 내달 10일까지 공유재산 대부(갱신) 신청을 받는다고 전했다.

농경지를 경작용으로 대부하는 경우, 관내 거주자에 한하여 농지원부 등 증빙서류를 제출해야 하며, 1만㎡를 초과하는 면적은 대부계약이 불가하다고 했다.

공공용으로 사용 중인 토지 또는 소송 등 분쟁 관련 토지 등은 갱신 계약이 제한되며, 대부료 체납자는 대부료 완납 후 대부계약이 가능하다고 했다.

대부(갱신)계약을 원하는 사람은 신분증, 도장, 대부 신청서(신청부서 비치)를 준비해 양양군청 세무회계과 재산관리부서로 본인 또는 대리인이 방문 신청하면 된다고 했다.
