[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 27일 포천시는 2021년 제8회 공유재산심의회를 개최해 총 3건의 안건을 처리했다고 밝혔다.

포천시 공유재산심의회는 공유재산의 취득 및 처분에 관한 사항 등에 대한 자문을 위해 설치·운영되고 있으며 해당 분야에 학식과 경험이 풍부한 민간위원들과 함께 상정된 안건에 대해 심도 있게 심의하는 자리라고 했다. 

이번 심의회에는 신읍동 공영주차장 조성안, 장자일반산업단지 미분양용지 처분안, 포천모노레일(주) 공유재산 사용료 감면안 등 총 3건의 안건이 상정되었고, 장시간 진행된 회의에서 심의 위원들의 전문지식과 다양한 경험을 바탕으로 객관적이고 공정한 판단을 통해 안건 모두 원안 가결됐다고 전했다.

포천시 관계자는 “공유재산은 시의 재정과 직결되는 사항으로 공유재산 관련 법령 등에 따라 엄격하게 관리되어야 할 필요가 있는 만큼 공유재산심의회 운영을 내실있게 하고자 한다. 포천시 전체의 이익에 부합할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
