사업용자동차 밤샘주차는 오전 0시부터 오전 4시까지 같은 장소에 1시간 이상 주차하는 행위를 말하며 적발된 차량은 '여객·화물자동차운수사업법'에 따라 운행정지(3-5일) 또는 과징금(10만-30만 원) 처분을 받고 타 지역 차량은 관할관청으로 이첩할 방침이라고 밝혔다. 

가평군 관계자는 "앞으로 밤샘주차가 근절될 수 있도록 지속적으로 지도·단속을 펼칠 예정"이라며 "적발되는 일이 없도록 지정 차고지에 주차해 주기를 바란다"고 말했다.
