점검반은 토지재산과 토지관리팀으로 편성하며, 주요 점검사항은 중개업소 개설등록증, 자격증, 개정된 수수료 요율표 등 의무적 게시물 관리, 거래계약서 등 작성 및 보관 적정 여부, 중개수수료 초과 수수, 자격증 및 등록증 대여 등 관계 법령 준수 여부이고, 점검 결과, 경미한 사항에 대해서는 현장에서 계도하고 고의성이 있는 경우나 중대한 사항은 행정처분 및 관련 기관에 통보할 계획이라고 전했다.
