[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 상반기 중 변동이 발생한 개별주택에 대한 가격산정을 완료하고, 한국부동산원의 검증을 거쳐 2022년 6월 1일 개별주택가격 열람을 실시하고 의견을 접수한다고 밝혔다.

열람대상 주택은 올해 1월 1일부터 5월 31일 기간 중 신축, 증축한 주택과 주택 부속토지의 분할, 합병 등이 발생한 총 216호의 주택이다.

주택소유자 및 이해관계인은 오는 5일부터 24일까지 개별주택가격을 열람할 수 있으며 주택가격에 의견이 있는 경우 열람장소에 비치된 ‘개별주택가격 의견서’를 작성하여 시청 세무과로 제출하면 된다.

개별주택가격 열람은 시청 세무과를 방문하여 확인할 수 있도록 민원(열람) 창구를 운영한다.

의견이 제출된 주택가격에 대해서는 재조사 및 검증과정을 거쳐 그 결과를 의견제출인에게 개별 통지할 예정이며, 열람 및 의견제출 절차가 끝나는 대로 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 오는 9월 29일 결정‧공시할 예정이고, 기타 자세한 사항은 태백시 세무과에 문의하면 된다.

태백시 관계자는 “개별주택가격은 주택시장에 가격정보를 제공하고 국세, 지방세 등 각종 조세 부과 기준으로 활용되는 중요한 자료인 만큼 적극적인 열람과 의견 제출을 당부 드린다”고 말했다.
