[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군은 도시계획도로의 노후된 차선 등에 대해 도색정비를 시행한다고 밝혔다.

평창군 전체 도시계획도로에 대하여 통행불편 해소와 안전사고 예방을 위하여 탈색되거나 노후된 차선 및 노면표시에 대하여 3억5천만 원을 투자하여 오는 5월 초까지 도색정비를 완료할 계획이라고 전했다.

주현관 도시과장은 “차선도색 정비가 완료 되면 지역주민, 방문객 등 운전자는 물론, 보행자도 주야간 차선식별이 용이해져 주행안전 확보 및 교통사고 예방에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.”고 말했다.
