[김준호 기자 = 동해시] 제327회 동해시의회(의장 이동호) 제2차 정례회 예산결산특별위원회(위원장 안성준)는 12월 6일(화), 행정과, 기획예산과, 복지과, 가족과에 대한 2023년도 당초 예산안을 심의했다.

민주당 소속,  최이순 의원은 제2차 정례회 예산결산특별위원회에서 시 집행부를 상대로 시청 로타리 상징 조형물 사업과 관련하여 “해마다 지자체의  무분별한 조형물 설치로 인해 예산 낭비와 향후 흉물로 전락할 문제점 등 여러 논란이 끊이지 않고 있다”며, 신중히 검토할 필요성을 지적하였고,

이창수 의원은 “직원들이 담당 업무 관련 법령을 제대로 파악하고 일한다는 느낌이 안든다”고 지적하며, “의회에 제출하는 서류들은 절차적 요건을 갖춰 적법하게 제출해주길 바란다”고 강조했다

한편, 국민의힘 소속, 안성준 의원은 “각 부서의 미집행 사업을 꼼꼼히 살펴보고 성공적으로 완료할 수 있도록 살펴봐 달라”고 당부했다.
