[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원경찰청은 지난 1월 17일부터 운영하여 청소년들의 커다란 호응과 더불어 경찰청 우수사례로 선정됐으나 코로나19 급격한 확산세로 인해  잠정중단(2. 3.) 되었던 찾아가는 청소년 상담소 ‘도란 도란’ 운영을 4월 18일부터 재개하여 연중 실시할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

최근 정부의 코로나19 사회적 거리두기 조정안 논의 등을 검토, 방역에 만전을 기하며 위기청소년 비행 예방 및 맞춤형 선도·보호·지원을 위해 강원도청, 강원도일시청소년쉼터(이동형) 등 7개 기관·단체가 참여하는 찾아가는 청소년 상담소 ‘도란도란’ 운영을 재개한다고 했다.

‘도란도란’은 상담의 문턱을 낮추어 위기청소년을 조기 발견하기 위해 전문 상담·지원 인력으로 구성된 이동형 상담차량으로, 유동 청소년 인구가 많은 장소와 시간대를 선정하여 직접 찾아가 청소년 개개인 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 상담과 지원을 실시할 계획이라고 전했다.

또한, 지난 4월 8일부터 운영중인 온라인 청소년 상담소 ‘도란도란’과 함께 온·오프라인 모든 공간에서 도움이 필요한 청소년에 대해 지역사회와 함께 힘을 모아 지원·관리를 꾸준히 실시할 예정이라고 했다. 

강원경찰청에서는 무엇보다 청소년들의 적극적인 참여가 중요하므로, 청소년들은 사소한 문제라도 혼자 고민하지 말고 청소년 상담소의 문을 두드려 줄 것을 당부하며, 유관기관·단체와 더욱 협업하여 도내 청소년들의 건전한 성장을 위해 노력할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
