[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군은 코로나19 장기화에 따라 어려움을 겪는 지역 내 소상공인과 자영업자를 대상으로 공유재산 사용·대부료 감면을 올해 12월까지 연장한다고 밝혔다.

군은 코로나19 사태 피해 지원을 위한 '공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령' 개정으로 임대료 인하의 근거가 마련됨에 따라 지난 2020년 5월 공유재산심의회를 열고 군유재산 임대료 감면을 확정·시행해왔고, 이에 따라 2020년 6월부터 공유재산을 사용하는 임차인에게 임대료를 최대 40%까지 감면해 37건 26억3천241만원을 지원했으며, 올해 2022년 3월 공유재산심의회를 통해 올해 말까지 감면 기간을 1년 더 연장하기로 결정했다고 전했다.

감면 대상은 소상공인이 군유재산을 상업 목적으로 사용허가·대부받은 임차인이며, 상업 목적과 관계없는 경작·주거·기타용도 임차인은 해당되지 않는다고 했다.

군은 감면 대상 가운데 영업장 폐쇄 등으로 군유재산을 사용하지 못한 경우 사용하지 못한 기간만큼 기간 연장하거나 사용료 감면하고, 영업을 했으나 코로나19로 피해를 입은 경우 요율 인하(재산가액의 1%)로 감면하여 부과 및 감면(환급)할 예정이며, 사용·대부료 감면 기간은 지난 2022년 1월 1일부터 오는 12월 31일까지라고 했다.
