[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시는 지방세특례제한법 제66조 3항 및 4항에 따라 환경친화적 자동차 ‘하이브리드, 전기·수소자동차’에 대하여 차량 취득세를 감면해주고 있다고 밝혔다.

이러한 취득세 감면은 모든 하이브리드, 전기·수소자동차에 적용되는 것은 아니고, ‘환경친화적 자동차의 개발 및 보급 촉진에 관한 법률’ 제2조 2호에 따라 고시된 자동차에 대하여만 적용되며, 하이브리드 자동차는 취득세액에서 40만 원을 공제, 전기·수소자동차는 140만 원을 공제해준다고 했다.
