[김일웅 기자= 경기북부] 지난 1. 14. 가평군청· 가평경찰서· 교육청· 아동보호전문기관등이 모여 가평군내 아동학대 대응에 대한 미비점이 없는지 점검하는 시간을 가졌다.

최근 발생한 양천구 아동학대 사망사건에 미숙한 대응이 사회적 이슈가 되면서이다.

가평군은, "이번 만남은  가평군 관내  유관기관 간 협업체계 강화를 위해 정보연계협의체를 구축하기위해서"라고 밝혔다.

가평군은, "이번 아동학대관련 유관기관들과 협업체계를 구축하는것은 내실 있는 협의체 운영방안과 향후 아동학대 신고 접수 시 각 기관별 대응 방안을 검토하고 협업체계를 통해 신속한 대응을 마련하는 것에 대해 중점적으로 논의가 되었다"고 말했다.

또, "특히, 아동학대 사건 발생 시 기존 시스템에 충실 할 수 있도록 의견을 모으고 아동학대 신고 시 경찰, 전문 인력이 동행 출동하여 피해 아동에 대한 분리, 임시조치 활성화에 상호 협력토록 하였다"고 밝혔다.

 또한, "유관기관 간 상호 전문성이 보완될 수 있도록 정기적 만남을 통해 사례를 공유하고 꾸준한 의사소통과 협력체계 강화를 하면서 아동이 건강하고 행복한 환경 속에서 안전하게 자랄 수 있는 가평 지역사회를 만들겠다고 이구동성으로 말했다"고 했다.

김성기 가평군수는 "아동학대에 대한 지역사회가 인식을 함께하고 학대아동이 보호받을 수 있는 가평 지역이 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하기로 했다"고 말했다.

Gapyeong-gun said, "The establishment of a cooperative system with related organizations related to child abuse is focused on reviewing the plans for operating a sound council and responding to each agency when reporting child abuse in the future, and preparing a rapid response through the collaboration system. It was a discussion."

In addition, he said, "In particular, in the event of child abuse, we gathered opinions so that we can adhere to the existing system, and when reporting child abuse, the police and professional manpower were accompanied and cooperated to separate the victims and promote temporary measures."

 In addition, "Koo-Dong Lee promised to create a community in Gapyeong where children can grow up safely in a healthy and happy environment, sharing cases through regular meetings so that mutual expertise between related organizations can be complemented, and strengthening a steady communication and cooperation system. He said.
