금년도 성과 공유회는 코로나19로 집단모임이 어려운 상황을 감안하여 마을‧공동체 분야에서 활동한 대표 1인씩 모시고 심사평가와 동시에 한 해의 성과를 공유하여 마을·공동체 간 정보 공유 및 상호학습의 기회를 제공하고 주민 주도의 공동체 역량을 강화하고자 추진하게 되었다고 전했다.

성과공유회에 참여한 마을·공동체 15개소는 활동 영상을 제작하여 기획한 동영상 상영과 대표의 2022년도 발전계획 및 소감 발표, 질의응답을 통해 성과를 공유하였으며, 아람마을․ 공동체 사업의 성과에 따라 향후 사업비가 결정되는 6개소에 대하여는 성과 심사를 동시에 진행하였다고 했다.
