[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 29일 GH는 도시, 건축, 콘텐츠 등 각계 전문가를 초청하여 ‘GH형 주거복합 특화 플랫폼 구현을 위한 기본구상 수립’을 주제로 토론회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 토론회는 4차 산업혁명과 코로나-19 이후 미래의 주거 트렌드 변화에 대응하고, 보편적 주거와 장기적 도시발전을 위한 기본구상을 마련하기 위해 기획됐다고 했다.

토론회는 서울대 환경대학원 김세훈 교수, 네오밸류 정종현 부사장 등 발제자 2명을 포함하여 서울연구원 김상일 도시정보실장, GH 오준호 미래주택사업처장이 참여했다고 했다.

김세훈 교수는 ‘미래 도시주거와 공간 내다보기’를 주제로, 정종현 부사장은 ‘라이프스타일을 담은 주거복합 플랫폼 모델’을 주제로 발표했다고 했다.

GH는 토론회에서 모인 의견을 반영하여 기본주택과 공정상가 등의 핵심정책을 기반으로 ‘GH형 주거복합 플랫폼’을 구축할 계획이라고 전했다. 

이헌욱 GH 사장은 “GH는 기존의 공급위주 개발에서 벗어나 주거문제 해결, 일자리 기반조성 등을 통해 살기 좋은 도시를 만들기 위해 노력하고 있다.”며, “이번 토론회에서 각계 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 살기 좋은 도시를 만드는 주거문화 정착의 밑거름이 되기를 기대한다.”고 밝혔다.
