남양주 다산지금지구 A3블록(장기전세, 518호)은 라멘구조의 가변형 장수명주택으로 건설되며, 동탄2 A93블록(장기전세, 965호)은 제로에너지 인증을 받은 친환경 주택으로 건설될 예정이라고 했다.

라멘(Rahmen) 구조는 기존의 벽식 구조와는 달리 건축물의 골격을 유지하면서 벽이나 설비를 가구별로 쉽게 바꿀 수 있는 건축방식으로 지방공기업 최초로 공공주택에 라멘 구조를 도입하고 장수명주택 인증(양호등급)을 취득하여 건축물의 수명을 늘리고 층간소음을 줄이며, 배관·설비 등의 교체를 용이하게 할 계획이라고 했다.

또한 제로에너지건축 인증을 통해 고단열 구조, 신·재생에너지 기술 등을 도입하여 에너지 자립률을 20%이상 확보할 예정이다.
