공사 관계자들에게는 준공을 대비해 차질 없는 공사 추진을 당부하고, 다소 느슨해질 수 있는 코로나-19 예방과 현장 안전관리에도 소홀함이 없도록 철저한 관리를 강조했다고 전했다.

한편 다산지금 A1블록은 다산신도시 최초로 준공되는 국민‧영구임대주택 단지이다. 2019년 1월 공사에 착공하여 올해 8월 입주 예정이며 세대수는 국민임대 1,650세대와 영구임대 425세대로 총 2,075세대라고 했다. 

GH 이헌욱 사장은 “GH 기본주택을 포함한 공공임대주택 전체를 품질, 편의성에서 분양아파트 못지 않은 수준으로 건설해, 입주자가 만족을 넘어 감동할 수 있도록 하겠다” 라고 밝혔다.
