상면 지역사회보장협의체에 따르면 이번 사업은 상면 지사협 CMS모금 활동을 통한 제2차 사업으로 따뜻한 나눔을 위해 추진되며 매월 다른 주제로 다양한 계층에게 지원을 하는 사업으로 4월은 장애인의 달을 맞이하여 장애인가구 12가구에 홍삼을 전달했다고 했다. 

서승우 위원장은 “ 장애인의 달을 맞아 장애인들의 면역력 개선을 위해 홍삼을 준비했으며 선물 받고 좋아하시는 모습을 보면서 좀더 관심을 가지고 실질적으로 도움이 되는 사업을 추진하여 어려운 이웃이 소외받지 않는 따뜻한 나눔의 세상을 만들기 위해 튼튼한 가교역할을 하는 상면지역사회보장협의체가 되도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

위선경 상면장은 “복지사각 발굴 등 취약계층을 위해 항상 애쓰시는 상면 지사협 위원장과 위원들께 감사의 뜻을 전하며, 모든 면민이 행복해지는 그 날까지 신임면장으로서 전력을 다해 더불어 잘사는 살고 싶은 상면을 만들어나가는데 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
