[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 13일, 상면 지역사회보장협의체는 10월 경로의 달을 맞이하여 ‘사랑의 장바구니’ 전달사업으로 취약계층 12가구에 인지능력향상을 위해 뇌영양제를 전달하는 특화사업을 실시했다고 밝혔다.  

상면 지역사회보장협의체에 따르면 이번 사업은 상면 지사협 CMS모금 활동을 통한 제5차 사업으로 따뜻한 나눔을 위해 추진되며, 매월 다른 주제로 다양한 계층에게 지원을 하는 사업으로 10월 경로의 달을 맞이하여 취약계층 12가구에 치매예방 등 건강한 노후생활을 위해 뇌영양제를 전달했다고 했다. 

서승우 위원장은 “어르신들의 기억력 개선에 도움을 주는 건강기능식품을 전달하여 항상 건강하고 활기찬 노후생활을 할 수 있도록 도움을 드리게 되어 보람을 느끼며 소외받는 취약계층이 없도록 상면지사협이 항상 한발 앞서 나가겠다.”고 전했다. 

위선경 상면장은 “복지사각지대에 놓인 분들이 한 분도 없도록 늘 고군분투하시는 상면 지사협 위원장과 위원들께 감사의 뜻을 전하며, 생애주기에 맞는 적절한 복지서비스를 추진하여 상면지역공동체가 순항할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
