[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 27일부터 오는 30일까지 4일간 캠코양재타워(서울 강남구)에서 요르단 재정부 국토통계국(DLS)과 유럽부흥개발은행(EBRD) 직원 등을 대상으로 ｢온비드․국유재산관리시스템을 활용한 효과적인 국유재산 관리 및 처분｣에 관한 연수를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 지난해 8월 캠코의 ‘요르단 재정부 공무원 온라인 연수’의 후속조치로, 요르단 재정부로부터 캠코의 공매처분시스템 ‘온비드’와 ‘국유재산관리시스템’을 활용한 국유재산 관리 노하우 전수를 요청받아 추진됐다. 

캠코는 연수를 통해 국유재산 정책 등 제도 전반과 구체적인 관리․처분 방법, 드론 활용 실태조사 및 국유재산관리시스템 소개․체험, 온비드 공매시스템 구조 및 운영방법 등을 공유한다. 

또 요르단에 도입 가능한 공매시스템 모듈, 기대효과에 대해 협의하고, 이를 바탕으로 시스템 컨설팅․수출 등 후속사업도 진행할 계획이다.

캠코는 요르단 자산관리 혁신과제 도출을 위해 연수 참여자들과 양국의 제도 및 정보시스템을 비교․분석하고, 정책 토론 과정을 진행해 연수의 실효성을 높였다. 

원호준 캠코 기업지원본부장은 “캠코는 AI, 로봇, 드론과 같이 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술에 기반한 재산관리 시스템을 개발하여 운영하고 있다”며, “이번 연수가 요르단 국가자산 관리정책 수립과 운영에 도움이 되길 기대한다”고 말했다. 

한편, 캠코는 지난 2001년부터 중국, 태국 등 16개국 41개 기관을 대상으로 부실채권 정리와 국유재산 관리․개발 경험 등을 전수하고 있다. 

그밖에도 베트남, 카자흐스탄, 콜롬비아, 미얀마 등을 상대로 총 8회의 KSP(Knowledge Sharing Program) 정책자문 컨설팅과 몽골 정부를 대상으로 ADB 주관 국제기구 컨설팅을 성공적으로 수행한 바 있다.
