[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 29일 입찰 공고된 4,211억원 규모의 국유증권을 오는 9월 12부터 온비드를 통해 공개입찰 방식으로 매각한다고 밝혔다.

이번에 매각하는 비상장증권의 발행법인은 건설업 21개, 제조업 18개, 부동산 임대업 4개, 도ㆍ소매업 8개, 기타 업종 16개 등 총 67개 법인이며, 그 중 라성건설(주), (주)휴테크산업 및 선진로지스틱스(주) 등은 수익성 및 재무상태가 양호한 종목으로 실수요자들은 관심을 가져볼 만하다.

금번 비상장증권 매각 입찰은 매각예정가의 100%를 시작으로 총 4회에 걸쳐 진행되며 2회차까지 유찰된 종목의 경우, 3회차부터 매회 최초 매각예정가의 10%씩 단계적으로 감액하여 입찰이 진행된다. 

2회 이상 유찰된 종목은 전 회차 매각 조건으로 차기 입찰 전까지 수의계약도 가능하다. 단, 광성산업개발(주) 등 일부 종목에 한해 1~2회 추가 입찰이 진행된다.

다만 ｢국유재산법 시행령｣에 따라 국세(상속세, 증여세 등)를 비상장증권으로 물납한 자(물납한 본인 및 연대납세의무자) 및 민법상 물납자의 가족에 해당하는 자는 물납가액 미만으로 해당 비상장증권을 매수할 수 없다.

입찰희망자는 온비드를 통해 입찰기간 중 입찰금액의 5%를 지정된 가상계좌에 입금해야 하며, 낙찰되었을 경우 낙찰일로부터 5일내에 주권매매계약을 체결하고 60일내에 대금을 완납해야 한다.

다만, 매각금액에 따라 분납주기 및 기간(최장 1년 이내)을 정하여 대금을 분할납부할 수 있다.
