[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 고성군은 농기계임대사업소에서 사용하던 불용 농기계를 고성군 거주인에게 매각한다고 밝혔다. 

1차는 고성군 관내 농업인으로 제한을 두었지만, 2차는 고성군 거주인 모두 입찰이 가능하며, 이번 매각은 1차 입찰 공고 후 유찰 물품에 대해서 재입찰을 진행하는 것이며, 일부 농기계의 경우 수리가 필요한 것으로 논두렁조성기 등 23대라고 했다.

본 매각은 개별매각으로 진행할 계획이며, 매각방법은 전자자산 처분시스템 '온비드'를 이용한 전자입찰 방식으로 진행되고, 입찰참가 자격조건은 고성군 거주인이어야 하며, 주민등록등본을 제출하여야 한다고 전했다.

입찰서 제출은 오는 3월 16일 9시부터 3월 18일 18시 까지이고, 개찰일시는 오는 3월 21일 10시에 개찰하며, 낙찰자 결정은 감정평가가격 이상의 최고가격으로 입찰한 자로 결정하고, 불용물품은 농기계임대사업소(본소)에 비치하였으며, 입찰 참가자는 매각 농기계가 불용품이라는 점을 감안해 사전에 매각 물품의 상태 및 외관 등을 반드시 확인 후 모든 사항을 숙지하고 신중하게 입찰에 참가 하여야 한다고 했다.
