[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3일 태백시는 시청 대회의실에서 공유재산 담당 공무원을 대상으로 ‘2022 상반기 공유재산 담당자 실무교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 주민의 생활과 밀접하게 관련된 공유재산에 대해 담당 공무원의 전문성 향상을 통해 효율적인 재산관리 체계를 구축하기 위해 진행됐으며 교육은 공유재산 법령의 이해, 실태조사와 변상금, 감사지적 사례, 민원 처리 애로사항과 해소방안, 민원 서비스 향상 등 실무 전반에 관한 다양한 사례를 알기 쉽게 설명해 업무처리의 효율성을 높이도록 구성했고 오는 12월까지 공유재산 실태조사를 실시해 현장 확인을 통한 무단점유, 대부 목적 외 사용, 불법 시설물 축조 등 위반사항에 대해서는 변상금 부과 및 원상 복구 명령 등 행정조치를 취할 방침이라고 전했다.

태백시 관계자는 “앞으로도 지속적으로 담당 공무원의 직무역량을 강화하고 효율적인 재산관리와 공유재산 민원서비스 향상에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
