[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 22일 경기주택도시공사(GH)가 수탁운영 중인 경기도 주거복지센터는 수도권 주거복지서비스 강화를 위해 서울시 중앙주거복지센터 및 인천광역시 주거복지센터와 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

GH 사옥에서 열린 이날 협약식에는 경기도 주거복지센터, 서울시 중앙주거복지센터, 인천광역시 주거복지센터 관계자 등 10여 명이 참가했다고 했다. 

주요 협약 내용은 정기 교류 및 간담회 추진, 주거복지 정보 및 상호업무 교류, 협약목적을 위한 공동포럼, 토론회, 행사 등 공동개최, 주거복지 정책 및 운영·제도개선 협의 등이라고 했다.

주거복지상담서비스를 제공하는 경기도주거복지센터는 주거복지 사례와 최신 주거복지 정책을 공유하고 유관기관의 협업을 통한 실효적 지원을 위해 이번 협약을 추진했다고 했다. 

경기도 주거복지센터장은 “도내 주거취약계층에게 다양한 주거복지 서비스가 지원되도록 수도권 주거복지정책 공동 과제 등에 대해 중앙정부에 적극 건의하도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 경기도주거복지센터는 ‘경기주거복지포털 운영’, ‘찾아가는 상담 서비스’, ‘*아동주거빈곤가구 클린서비스 및 물품지원 사업’ 등을 시행하고 있다고 전했다.
