[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 22일까지 속초시가 유치원 및 초․중․고등학교 식중독 발생을 사전에 예방하고 학생들에게 안전한 급식환경을 조성하고자 학교·유치원 급식시설에 대해 속초양양교육지원청과 합동점검을 실시한다고 전했다.

이번 점검은 봄과 가을 개학기에 맞춰 점검하던 예년과 달리 코로나19 사회적 거리두기 전면해제 상황에 맞춰 4월부터 오는 10월까지 대상시설 23개소(학교 20개소, 유치원 3개소)에 대해 상시 점검할 계획이라고 했다.

주요 점검내용은 보존식 보관 적정성, 위생적 취급기준 준수 여부, 식재료 공급·유통·구입·보관·조리·배식 단계별 위생관리 등이며, 특히 비가열 식품 등 식중독 발생 우려가 크다고 판단되는 제품이나 조리식품에 대해서는 수거 검사도 병행하여 식중독균 오염 여부도 확인할 예정이라고 전했다.
