[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군농업기술센터는 식물방역법상 금지 병해충인 과수화상병이 경기도에 확산됨에 따라 식물방역법 제3조에 근거해 관내 사과·배 농가와 농작업자, 관련 산업 종사자를 대상으로 ‘과수화상병 예방 행정명령’을 지난 2022년 3월 14일 발령했다고 밝혔다. 

주요 내용으로 '과수 농업자 교육 이수', '농작업 인력·장비·도구 등 소독', '농가 자가 예찰 및 사전신고', '겨울철 사전예방 궤양 제거' 등 6가지 의무사항과 4가지 관리사항을 담았다고 했다.
