[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 26일, 횡성군은 ‘횡성 제2문화복합단지’ 편입 토지 및 지장물 보상을 위하여 보상계획을 공고한 데 이어, 오는 2월 8일 오후 4시 횡성읍 추동리 마을회관에서 보상계획에 대한 주민설명회를 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

이날 설명회에서는 군민과의 공감대 형성 및 궁금증 해소를 위해 ‘횡성 제2문화복합단지 조성사업’에 대한 사업개요 및 추진 방향과 보상계획 등 향후 추진계획을 설명한 뒤, 질의응답을 통해 참석자들의 다양한 의견을 수렴할 계획이라고 전했다.

횡성 제2문화복합단지는 우천면 두곡리에 위치한 횡성 문화복합단지 내 서울시 문화자원센터, 강원도교육연수원 횡성분원, 횡성 목재문화체험장의 입지가 확정되어 공공기관 유치 용지를 대부분 소진한데 이어 각종 공공기관이 러브콜을 보내오고 있어 공공기관 수요에 선도적으로 대응하기 위한 횡성군 중점 현안사업이라고 했다.
