[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 22일부터 23일까지 이틀간 4차례에 걸쳐 포천시는 영북면 ‘운천2지구 지적재조사사업’ 주민설명회를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

영북면행정복지센터에서 진행된 이번 주민설명회는 지적재조사 사업의 본격 추진에 앞서 토지소유자를 대상으로 지적재조사 사업의 필요성과 추진절차를 설명하고 의견을 수렴하기 위한 자리로 마련됐다고 했다.

지적재조사 사업위치는 영북면 운천리 467-11번지 등 635필지(170,785㎡)로 지적공부와 현실경계가 일치하지 않아 측량민원이 발생하는 등 이웃 간 분쟁 및 재산권 행사에 불편을 겪고 있던 지역이라고 했따. 

해당지역 토지소유자 총수와 토지면적 3분의2 이상의 동의가 충족되면 경기도에 지구신청하여 국비를 지원 받을 수 있으며, 포천시는 경계측량 및 조정금 산정 등 일련의 행정절차를 거쳐 2022년말까지 사업을 마무리할 계획이라고 했다.

포천시는 지적재조사 특별법이 시행된 2012년부터 가산마전, 군내구읍, 신북신평, 신읍지구 등에 대해 사업 완료하며 지적불부합지를 해소해왔다고 전했다.

포천시 관계자는 “앞으로 지속적인 재조사사업을 통해 시민들에게 정확한 토지정보를 제공하고 경계분쟁 해소와 재산권 보호에 기여하겠다.”라며, “원활한 사업추진을 위해 토지소유자분들의 많은 관심과 협조를 바란다.”고 말했다.
