[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 1월 21일부터, 강원 정선에 위치한 치유의 숲 로미지안가든은 로미지안가든의 차별화된 인생경영 생활명상 프로그램을 진행하고 있다고 밝혔다.

프로그램은 매주 수요일부터 일요일까지 오전 11시와 오후 2시에 각각 진행되며, 요일별로 톺아보기 명상, 내면성장 명상, 공감 명상 등 다양한 프로그램을 선보이며, 명상 프로그램은 내 삶의 가치를 찾도록 해주고, ‘나’와 ‘너’를 이해하고 소통하는 따뜻한 위로의 명상, 현대인의 스트레스를 조절해주는 명상 등이 있다고 전했다. 

회당 최대 15인까지 신청 가능하며, 중학생 이상 참여 가능한 프로그램으로 전화 사전 예약 및 현장에서 바로 신청할 수 있으며 비용은 1인당 2만 원이라고 했다.
