이날 교육은 최승준 정선군수를 비롯한 원홍식 부군수, 5급이상 고위직 공무원 등이 참석한 가운데 강릉시 가정폭력·성폭력통합상담소 윤은소 소장을 강사로 초빙해 직장내 젠더폭력예방 및 2차피해방지 등에 대해 사례중심으로 관리자의 역할과 책임을 강조하는 내용으로 교육이 진행되었다.
