민·관 업무 담당자 15명이 참석한 미담사례공유day 1부에서는 가정폭력으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 가구에 대한 사례, 2021년 통합사례관리사 우수사례공모전에서 장려상 수상 사례, 비주택 거주 청소년 가구에 민관협력을 통한 주거신축 사례 등을 공유했다고 했다.

2부에서는 인간관계로 인한 업무 스트레스 해소를 위해 ‘이 여행이 더 늦기전에’ 이효진 작가를 초빙해 코로나19로 떠나지 못하고 있는 해외여행에 대한 갈증을 해소하며 에너지 충전의 기회를 제공했다고 전했다.

교육에 참여한 업무담당자는 “전문성과 경험이 풍부한 민·관의 통합사례관리사들의 미담사례 공유를 통해 지역 내 복지자원 공유 및 위기가구의 문제해결 능력을 향상하는 뜻깊은 시간이었다.”라고 말했다.
