[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군 도서관 4개소(한석봉, 설악, 청평, 조종)는 본격적인 더위가 시작되는 학생들의 여름방학을 맞이하여 다양한 프로그램의 여름방학특강을 개최한다고 밝혔다.

코로나 19상황의 장기화로 인해 피로가 누적된 군민들에게 문화적 힐링을 제공하는 취지이며, 이번 여름방학 특강에는 1회성 수업보다 방학동안 연속성을 가지고 진행되는 다채로운 프로그램이 많이 준비되어 있다고 전했다. 

한석봉도서관에서는 예술을 테마로 다양한 강좌를 개설하며, 어린이를 대상으로 독서와 문제해결식 놀이를 통해 아동의 공동체 역량을 증진시켜주는 <공동체 역량강화 프로젝트: 책으로 뭐하고 놀까?>, 명화 속 등장인물이 되어보는 <몸으로 만드는 명화>, 책 한권을 꼼꼼히 읽어보는 <한 책 깊이읽기[슬로우 리딩]>, 마리모 집을 만들어보는 <소원을 들어줘, 마리모> 등이 준비되어 있고, 중학생 대상으로는 내면을 표현하는 나만의 팝업-북을 만들어보는 <마음 톡! 팝업 북> 성인을 대상으로는 초보자도 쉽게 만들어 볼 수 있는 <뜨게 가방 만들기> 등 총 6개의 프로그램이 운영된다고 했다.

설악도서관에서는 다문화 특성화 주제에 맞춰 영어프로그램을 준비했고, 정확한 발음을 통해 말하기에 자신감을 붙여주는 <파닉스로 만나는 영어 첫걸음>, 디즈니 영화의 ost를 통해 뮤지컬 배우가 되어보는 <뮤지컬 잉글리시> 등이 그것이며, 이 외에도 글쓰기를 통해 힐링하는 <자기돌봄 글쓰기>, 재태크 상식을 배울 수 있는 <현명한 미래를 위한 재태크> 강좌는 전 연령 대상으로 운영된다고 했다.

아울러 청평도서관은 보호자와 5~7세 아동이 함께 참여하는 책 놀이 <그림책 산책>, 초등 저학년을 대상으로 발표능력을 키워주는 <책 놀이 스피치>, 중학생을 대상으로는 방학을 맞이해 진로탐색에 큰 도움을 줄 <꿈틀? 꿈틀! 꿈꾸는 나의 미래> 등이 준비되어 있고, 이 외에도 프랑스 동요를 통해 간단한 회화를 배워볼 수 있는 <프랑스 동요나라>, <마크라메 테라피>, 홈 로스팅과 핸드 드립을 배워보는 <향기로운 커피 여행>은 코로나로 지친 여름에 활기를 줄 수 있는 프로그램들이라고 했다.

조종도서관에서는 그림책과 원예를 접목시킨 <힐링 원예>, 숲의 중요성에 대해 배워보고 환경의 소중함을 느낄 수 있는 <숲이 주는 선물> 특강을 통해 자연이 전해주는 힐링을 만날 수 있으며, 특히 숲이 주는 선물은 산림지도사의 지도로 진행되는 산림복합교육이고, 이 외에도 성인을 대상으로 하는 <情담은 독서교육> 아동 대상의 동화구연 수업인 <아이가 먼저 찾는 동화나라>, 여름방학의 독서 추억을 사진으로 남겨보는 <여름사진관> 등 다채로운 특강들이 준비되어 있다고 했다.

이번 여름방학특강 대면수업의 경우 방역수칙 준수 하에 진행되며, zoom과 band를 통한 비대면 수업도 준비되어있고, 향후 코로나19 상황에 따라 대면수업도 비대면수업으로 진행될 수 있다고 했다.

수강생은 선착순으로 모집 중이며, 모집 기간과 수강 기간은 각 도서관별로 상이하고, 자세한 사항은 가평군도서관 홈페이지의 문화행사 페이지에서 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.
