[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 10일 포천시는 포천시 청소년교육문화센터에서 통합사례관리 ‘미담사례공유day’를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

미담사례공유day는 사례관리 실천 현장에서 사례관리 가치와 원칙, 단계별 핵심과업을 적용한 미담사례를 공유해 업무 담당자의 역량을 강화하고자 마련됐다고 했다. 

또한, 인근 시군의 미담사례를 공유하기 위해 남양주시 공무원을 초빙해 사례관리 단계별 핵심과업에 대해 공유하는 시간을 가졌다고 했다. 

교육에 참여한 업무담당자는〝사례관리 현장에서 일하고 있는 동료의 이야기에 공감과 위로를 받았다. 보다 체계적인 사례관리를 수행하여 해마다 다양한 기관에서 실시하는 우수사례 공모전에도 도전해 봐야겠다는 생각이 들었다.”고 말했다.
