[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 4월 6일, 가평군보건소와 가평군정신건강복지센터는 가평군 율길초등학교를 '2022년 해피스쿨 제 10호점'으로 선정하고 해피스쿨 현판식을 진행하였다고 전했다.

해피스쿨로 선정된 율길초등학교는 전 학년을 대상으로 심층사정평가를 실시하고 정서행동 지원 및 자존감 향상, 공동체 세우기 등의 집단프로그램과 학부모강좌, 정신건강교육, 개별상담 등을 진행할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

해피스쿨은 아동청소년정신건강증진사업의 일환으로 서로를 존중하는 문화형성을 목적으로 하며, 학교 구성원 모두가 존재감을 갖고 자신의 수행과제나 스트레스를 능동적으로 해결하도록 동기를 부여하는데 있으며, 또한 정서행동 및 심층사정평가를 통해 개별상담, 집단프로그램을 제공하여 개인의 역량을 강화하고 적응력을 높이며 자신감 회복을 지원한다고 했다.

앞으로 율길초등학교는 1-9호 해피스쿨인 '조종중학교, 연하초등학교, 방일초등학교, 상색초등학교, 가평초등학교, 대성초등학교, 조종고등학교, 가평중학교, 청평고등학교', 뒤를 이어 교내 학생들의 자존감 향상, 구성원 간 존중 문화 형성을 통한 행복한 공동체 형성, 생명존중인식증진과 정신건강증진 등 건강한 학교분위기를 만들어 가는데 노력할 것이라고 했다.
