[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군보건소에서는 관내 50인 이하로 영양사가 없는 중소규모 시설을 대상으로 식중독 위험 노출예방 및 식품위생관리를 위해 영양식단 및 영양소식지, 조리종사자 위생 교육 자료를 제공하는 '영양톡(TALK)!'을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

현행법상 50인 이상 시설에만 ‘영양사 의무배치’ 규정이 적용되어, 관리가 필요한 소규모의 시설은 영양사가 없어 식단 작성 및 위생 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이에 가평군 보건소에서는 코로나19 비대면 영양 사업으로 식단 작성에 어려움이 있는 사업장을 대상으로 월 1회씩 12회차에 걸쳐 식단표, 영양소식지, 조리종사자 위생교육 자료를 제공하는 ‘영양톡’을 지난 1월부터 오는 12월까지 운영할 예정이라고 했다.
