이번 행사는 영유아들이 전통체험을 경험할 수 있도록 마련되었으며, 포천시 관내 영유아 가정과 어린이집을 대상으로 전통과 현대가 어울리는 다채로운 체험놀이를 제공하고자 했다고 전했다.

특별히 코로나19 상황을 고려해 유튜브 채널로 진행하고, 비석치기와 플레이콘을 활용한 전통 놀이키트, 유튜브 놀이 영상이 무료로 제공되며 온 가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 온라인 문화 공연 ‘전래동화-흥부와 방귀쟁이 놀부’도 준비되어있고, 공연은 오는 9월 16일부터 17일까지 포천시육아종합지원센터 유튜브 채널에 게시될 예정이라고 했다.
