[김준호 기자 = 평창군] 평창군(심재국 군수)은 지난 3년간 코로나19 대유행에 따른 농민 부담을 덜기 위해 농기계 임대료 감면 혜택을 올해 1월~6월 말까지 시행한다고 밝혔다.

이에 따라서, 평창군 농기계임대사업소는 보유중인 단기 임대 농기계 84종 1,119대에 대한, 임대비용 50% 감면 혜택을 시행한다.

지난 2020년 4월~2022년 12월까지 시행한 감면 혜택은 2,129농가에서 13,542대 24,717일을 이용했으며, 감면한 임대료 총액은 8억 5천만 원이다.

지영진 축산농기계과장은 “농기계 임대료 감면 기간 연장과 함께 내년 중 방림면, 미탄면 두 곳에 농기계임대사업소를 설치해 농가에 실질적 도움이 되도록 하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
