[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군은 ‘2023년 농기계 순회수리 기술교육 및 안전교육을 3월 14일~5월 25일까지 농기계 수리센터에서 거리가 멀거나 교통이 불편한 오지마을을  우선으로 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 서비스는, 농기계의 사용 전 기름칠과 누유 여부, 작동 부위 윤활유 공급 상태, 배터리의 충전 여부, 냉각장치의 냉각수 보충 등 기본정비와 자체 수리가 곤란한 경우에서 농기계수리원이 무상수리와 함께 농기계 안전 사용 교육을 통해 안전사고 예방도 병행해 나갈 계획이다.

수리 기종은 경운기, 관리기, 예초기, 방제기 등을 농업인들이 많이 사용하는 소형농기계이다. 코로나19 등으로 경제적으로 어려운 농업인의 부담을 줄여주기 위해 정비에 드는 부품 대금은 무상이며, 기대 당 10만 원 초과하는 금액에 대해서만 유상 처리해 농업인의 시간과 비용부담을 덜어줄 방침이다.

군 관계자는“본격적인 영농철이 시작되기 전 농기계에 대한 철저한 안전 점검이 필요한 시기라며 농업기계 순회수리 및 안전교육을 통해 올바른 사용법 및 정비법 등을 배울 기회인 만큼 농업인들의 적극적인 참여를 바란다”라고 말했다.
