[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군은 2021년 군정주요업무 자체평가를 실시하고, 추진실적이 우수한 8개 부서를 선정했다고 전했다. 

이번 평가는 본청, 직속기관, 사업소 등 24개 부서에 대해 108개 과제를 대상으로 지난해 한 해 동안 추진한 군정주요업무 전반에 대해 일반 행정, 복지환경 분야와 경제, 지역개발 분야 2그룹으로 구분하여 실시했으며 군은 주요업무, 공통과제에 대해 항목별 평가를 실시하고 ‘최우수’에 보건정책과와 건설과, ‘우수’에 재난안전과, 도시계획과, ‘장려’에 허가민원실, 기획감사실, 남대천보전과, 해양수산과를 선정했다고 했다.

최우수 부서에 선정된 보건정책과는 코로나19 팬데믹 상황속에서 비상방역대책반 운영 등으로 감염병 확산방지에 기여한 점에서 높은 평가를 받았으며, 건설과는 주민숙원사업의 해결과 효율적인 도로건설 및 관리로 주민들의 안전과 편의에 기여한 점에서 좋은 점수를 받았다고 했다.

군은 군정주요업무에 대한 지속적인 자체 종합평가를 통해 업무의 효율성과 책임성을 제고하고, 군민에게 보다 수준 높은 행정서비스를 제공해 나간다는 방침이다.

김진하 양양군수는 “민선 8기에도 행정업무에 대한 지속적인 평가를 통하여 행정에 대한 신뢰도를 높이고 군민들에게 감동을 줄 수 있는 행정서비스 제공을 위한 노력에 더욱 박차를 가하겠다."고 말했다.
