동해시는 이번 임대료 추가감면 지원으로 50개소 임차인이 약 4천만원의 혜택을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있으며, 단, 재난으로 인한 피해에 해당하지 않는 경작용과 주거용 공유재산은 지원대상에서 제외된다고 전했다.
