해당 자격은 고성군 관내 거주하는 여성농업인으로 지난해 2021년 1월1일 이전 농업경영체 등록이 되어있고, 당해연도 2022년 1월 1일 기준 만 20세 이상 ~ 만 75세 미만의 연령이어야 하며, 실제 영농종사 여성농업인이면 가능하고, 유사 복지서비스(문화누리카드, 임업인 바우처, 어업인 바우처, 공무원·직장 배우자 등) 수혜자는 지원 제외 대상이며, 희망자는 오는 2022년 2월 11일까지 읍·면사무소에 신청하면 된다고 했다.
