지원대상은 양양군에 거주하면서 실제 영농에 종사하고 있는 만 20세 이상 ~ 만 75세 미만(1947.1.1.~2002.12.31.) 여성농업인으로, 지난 2021년 1월 1일 이전 농업경영체에 등록되어 있어야하며, 지원규모는 1인당 20만원이고, 모두 842명까지 지원할 계획으로 복지바우처 사용 대상자로 선정이 되면 강원도 내 영화관, 서점, 공연장, 스포츠 등 40개 업종에서 다양하게 사용이 가능하다고 했다.
