센터는 설립 첫 해인 2019년 10월말부터 사과와 포도, 아로니아를 가공해 사과즙과 포도즙, 아로니아·사과즙을 생산했으며, 사과즙은 21톤을 생산해 9천만 원의 소득을 올렸고, 포도즙은 630㎏을 생산해 약 300만 원의 소득을 올렸으며, 아로니아·사과즙은 약 2톤을 생산해 800만여 원의 소득을 올렸다고 했다.
