[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시정신건강복지센터는 등록 및 접수 회원들의 부모 자녀간의 상호작용을 촉진시켜 관계 향상을 도모하기 위해 부모-자녀 비대면 프로그램을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

지난 10월 5일부터 6회기에 걸쳐 한 달간 네이버 밴드와 ZOOM을 통해 진행된 부모-자녀 프로그램 ‘오손도손’은 오감을 기반으로 한 활동 키트 ‘촉각-색모래 다육이, 미각-호떡믹스, 후각-휴대용 비누스틱, 시각-그리는 무드등’로 구성했고, 상호작용 촉진을 위한 질문지를 함께 제공하여 진행됐다고 했다.

프로그램에 참석한 부모님들은 오손도손 프로그램을 계기로 서로 바쁘다는 이유로 평소 나누기 어려웠던 대화를 나누며 서로에 대해 더 알 수 있게 되었고, 평소에 나누면 좋은 질문들에 대해 알게 되는 시간이 되었으며, 다음에도 또 이런 프로그램이 있었으면 좋겠다는 피드백을 했고, 자녀들은 부모님과 단둘이 함께 하며 웃을 수 있는 시간이 되었다며 높은 만족감을 표현했다고 전했다. 

의정부시정신건강복지센터는 소아 청소년기의 정신과적인 어려움을 겪고 있는 학령기 아동, 청소년에게 증상관리, 자원연계 및 집단프로그램 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 소아기 우울, ADHD, 품행, 자해, 자살사고 등 정신적 어려움이 있는 경우 누구나 이용할 수 있고, 기타 문의는 의정부시정신건강복지센터로 문의하면 된다고 밝혔다.
