[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 생존권을 위협받고 있는 화천지역 농축산물 군납 농가들이 국방부의 경쟁조달방식 도입에 반발해 상경집회를 강행한다고 밝혔다.   

군 급식 시스템 문제로 인한 부실급식의 책임을 농가들에게 전가한다는 강력한 항의의 표시며, 화천군 군납협의회 회원농가 90여 명은 오는 19일 오전 11시부터 청와대 분수광장에서 기자회견을 개최하여, 군 급식 경쟁조달체계 철회를 요구하는 건의문을 전달하고, 이어 협의회는 오후 1시 국방부 정문에서 항의집회를 이어간다는 방침이라고 했다.
