[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천시자원봉사센터 제17기 한마음가족봉사단은 가족들과 1:1결연을 맺은 취약계층 독거 어르신 댁에 추석을 맞아 송편과 전을 전달했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 봉사는 자원봉사센터에서 경기도 우수프로그램 2차 지원사업 추석맞이 전나누기 ‘보름달에 빌어보는 소원’으로 마련됐으며 가족이 직접 어르신의 건강과 안녕을 기원하는 엽서를 작성하여 미리 포장한 송편·전과 함께 전달하였다고 했다. 

이금주 봉사자는 “전화로 안부도 여쭤보고 가끔 방문도 드리다 보니 어르신과 정이 들어 친정집을 방문하는 듯 설렌다”며 “비록 작은 정성이지만 어르신들께 큰 위로와 힘이 되었으면 한다”고 전했다.
