[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 15일 GH는 공모를 통해 공사채 1,500억원을 발행한다고 밝혔다. GH의 공사채 발행은 2014년 10월 이후 약 7년 만이라고 했다.

공모는 만기 5년 일시 상환조건으로 오는 22일 전자입찰 방식으로 실시할 예정이며, 인수를 희망하는 기관은 모두 참여 가능하고, 낙찰 결정방법은 단일금리방식(Dutch 방식)이며, 단일금리방식은 각 낙찰자가 입찰시 제시한 금리 중 최고금리를 발행금리로 하는 방식이라고 했다.

GH는 지난 6월 행정안전부로부터 공사채 9,500억원을 승인받았고, 공사채 발행을 통해 조달하는 자금은 3기 신도시 사업을 위한 재원으로 사용될 예정이며, 행정안전부로부터 승인받은 9,500억 중 잔여금액 8,000억원은 보상시기에 맞춰 올해 순차적으로 발행할 계획이라고 했다.    

또한 GH는 지난 6월 24일 행정안전부로부터 수도권 주택보급사업 지원을 위해 사채 발행한도가 완화된「지방공사채 발행·운영기준」을 통보받았다고 전했다. 

당초 부채비율 300%이내로 제한되었던 GH의 공사채 발행한도가 수도권 3기 신도시 사업 및 지분적립형주택 사업 등 공공주택사업에 한해 예외적으로 부채비율 350%까지 완화됐다고 했다.

이에 따라 GH는 약 2.1조원(`20년 결산기준)의 공사채 추가발행 여력을 확보하여 3기 신도시 사업 추진에 탄력을 받을 것으로 예상하고 있다고 전했다.

GH 이헌욱 사장은 “행정안전부의 공사채 승인과 사채 발행한도 완화로 성공적인 3기 신도시 사업의 추진동력을 얻게 됨에 따라 누구나 살고싶어 하는 3기 신도시를 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 의지를 밝혔다.
