행복안심콜은 맞춤형 안부메시지를 음성으로 전달하는 비대면 서비스로 주 1회 전화 연결을 통해 대상자의 안전을 확인하게 되며, 응답이 없는 경우 보건복지팀 직원이 전화 및 가정방문을 통하여 소재와 안전을 확인하며 긴급한 상황 발생 시에는 관계기관과 연계하여 구호 조치와 필요한 서비스를 제공하게 된다고 말했다.
