[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 4월 11일까지 원주시는 2022년 1월 1일 기준 원주시 소재 266,388필지에 대한 개별공시지가를 열람하고 의견서를 접수한다고 밝혔다.

개별공시지가는 개별토지의 단위 면적(㎡)당 가격으로, 각종 조세 및 부담금 등의 부과 기준으로 활용된다고 전했다.

열람은 시청 토지관리과 및 읍면동 행정복지센터에서 할 수 있으며, 부동산공시가격알리미 또는 일사편리 강원 부동산정보조회 시스템에서 조회할 수 있다고 했다.

개별공시지가에 의견이 있는 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 의견서를 작성해 열람 기간 내 가까운 행정복지센터나 시청 토지관리과에 제출하면 된다고 했다.

의견이 접수되면 인근 토지 또는 표준지 가격과의 균형 여부 등을 고려해 재조사한 후 원주시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 오는 4월 29일 개별공시지가를 최종 결정·공시한다고 전했다.
