[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 18일, 동두천시 송내동행정복지센터는 동두천시 정신건강복지센터 부설 자살예방센터와 위기가구 발굴 및 사회 안전망 구축을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

협약 내용은 자살예방을 위한 안전시스템 구축, 자살고위험군 사례 발굴 및 연계와 상담, 정신건강 증진을 위한 사업과 서비스 지원 등으로, 이번 업무협약을 통해 양 기관은 지역사회 내 정신건강 위기사례 발생 시 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 협력체계를 구축하기로 했다고 전했다.

최순일 송내동장은 “자살 고위험군, 자살 유가족 등 도움이 필요한 위기가정을 발굴·지원하는데 최선을 다할 것”이라며, “지역사회 네트워크 활성화로 사회안전망을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
