이에 군은 지난 2월14일부터 1일 4명으로 구성되는 ‘재택관리지원 상담센터’를 개소하고 중증도의 긴급의료상담은 지정의료기관으로 안내하는 등의 의료상담과, 재택기간의 기본 수칙에 대한 행정상담까지 서비스할 수 있는 통합상담시스템을 구축했으며, 확진자 중 재택치료 집중관리군을 중심으로 현장안내시 건강모니터링을 실시해 책임의료기관에서 의료상담을 지원하고 60세 미만의 일반관리군은 24시간 운영되는 ‘재택관리지원 상담센터’를 통해 재택관리 상담과 행정지원 상담을 받게 된다고 전했다.
